Geography

So far in Geography, we have been learning about land use in Enfield.  We will now think more about where Enfield is in England and how the UK is made up.

Read through the powerpoint, then use a map (Google maps or an atlas if you have one) to label the cities on the attached map of the UK.  Can you label where Enfield is?  You may even be able to look at other places that you have visited or if you have family around the UK.

Your extension task is to write a paragraph about the location of Enfield, e.g. Enfield is a (hamlet/village/town/city) in the (north/south/east/west) of (...).  It is near (major roads, other towns/cities) and is (... miles) from ...
