The EYFS consists of a highly experienced and enthusiastic team who ensure that all children are settled, valued and reach their full potential
We are creating and moulding the ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’. Resilient young children who bounce back after difficulties, are motivated to learn, structure their own play, share ideas and work collaboratively with others, seek challenge and take risks through their play.
We want our children to have a go and become enthusiastic learners who don’t say “I can’t”, but say “I can’t yet”. We teach our children that mistakes can be learnt from and only make us even stronger.
Play is at the heart of everything we do in the EYFS. We value the indoor and outdoor areas equally and provide exciting opportunities for children to play, learn, develop and reach their full potential.
We plan our curriculum to ensure that all children achieve. We provide exciting opportunities in all areas and look closely at children’s current interests to engage and enthuse them.
We pride ourselves on our excellent partnerships with parents. We celebrate children's achievements and carefully plan for their next steps in learning. We believe the EYFS is the most fun place to be in the whole school!

“This is the real secret of life -- to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realise it is play.” ― Alan Wilson Watts
