This week we would like you to try different PE skills - ways to do this are below:
throwing & catching - use a football, tennis ball or any other kind to try throwing over and under arm, and aiming to catch the ball from differnt heights
running - try running slowly then quickly then slowly again... and change direction
walking - ask an adult to take you walking somewhere where you've never been before - and look for birds, plants, insects and things that interest you
cycling - if you have a bike, try using your gears to make a journey uphill easier and learn how to travel at very slow speed
jumping - try jumping as far as you can starting with two feet together
After each activity, put your hand on your chest and feel how your heart beats faster when your body works harder.
