PE - aim for 60 minutes each day!
Try and exercise for 1 hour per day.. this could be:
- skipping, hopping, jumping or star jumps
- trampolining (give it a wipe down and wear a jumper... don't let the weather stop you!)
- bike ride
- long walk (with the dog maybe?)
- indoor fitness class (for example Just Dance or Joe Wicks' Body Coach clips on YouTube)
- yoga (using Cosmic KIds Yoga clips on YouTube
