Children should be getting at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. Of course this includes any physical activity they do through out the day such as going for walks, bike or scooter rides.
On this page we will suggest other activities that children could do throughout the week to make sure they get to 30 minutes. Ideas are organised into categories to make it easier to find activities the children may enjoy.
