PE - Staying fit and healthy
We all know the importance of staying fit and taking care of our minds and body.
Try to get out with your adults everyday for exercise, and this could be a bike ride, long walk, skipping, hopping, jumping or alternatively spend time at home taking care of your mental health.
Reading, drawing, chilling out the sofa, stroking the cat or listening to calm music are all ways to relax - look after yourselves!
